Contacting the Office

One of the most difficult yet most important aspects of home health is communicating with all of the people who are involved in your care. If at anytime you have a question, concern, or need further information, do not hesitate to call our office. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. If we were not doing that then we would hope that you would give us a chance to rectify the problems we are having.

Other times that you may need to call the office is if you want to change your regularly scheduled visit. Please call the office anytime that you will not be home and a nurse is scheduled to be at your home. Contact us if you or your primary caregiver becomes hospitalized or if there are any factors that have changed in your home that would affect our ability to care for you properly.

Regular Office Hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday. We provide 24-hour on-call service 7 days per week to ensure you receive adequate medical care. A qualified Nurse is on-call to accept patient calls, referrals for service and to arrange for service for patient emergencies as needed. On-call nurses are equipped with cellular phones for easy access. Call (630) 236-3501 to obtain the on-call nurse, manager or on-call scheduler.

If you have a change in condition, please contact the office during regular office hours if possible. So we can determine if a visit needs to be made and communicate with your physician if necessary. However we are available after regular office hours for urgent conditions. Our nurses do not carry medications with us and cannot give anything unless ordered by the physician.
