Nondiscriminatory Policy

It is the policy of American Home Health Corporation to provide service to all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap or age in compliance with 45 CFR Parts 80, 84, and 91, respectively. The same requirements are applied to all, and there is no distinction in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing services. All services are available without distinction to all program participants regardless of race, color, national origin, handicap or age. All persons and organizations having occasion either to refer persons for services or to recommend our services are advised to do so without regard to the person's race, color, national origin, handicap or age. Pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.) and 45 C.F.R. Part 80, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 794) and 45 C.F.R. part 84, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. 6101 etseq.) and 45 C.F.R. Part 91, the agency adheres to an equal opportunity policy for all person seeking employment, and for all persons employed by the agency.
